Shimokawa has been realizing the Circulating Forest Management. So it has a great meaning and value for making with woods as possible as they can. We propose to make village and buildings with woods.
Make everything with woods
This Collective apartment is the guide model of sustainable future city initiative. For using forest resource fully, we would like to use those for creating everything. It will be a good example to adopt local products positively. Also, a collaboration with Shimokawa Forest Association will create new material.
Village Scenery with Foreset.
An inherited scenery of Shimokawa Ichinohashi Area is its beautiful and magnificent forest. All massive facilities and building will be designed as a natural landscape.
Proposing Small Future Shimokawa
Ichinohashi Bio Village is the first model to achieve Shimokawa Future City. An innovative model of forestry and forest products is another goal of this projects. We propose a step by step and flexible plan. Also we propose the concrete image of the highly aged society model and the small biomass system of supplying electricity and heat.
